Enfield Man Faces Manslaughter Charges In Fatal Crash - Courant ... Nov 1st 2012, 16:30 By CHRISTINE DEMPSEY, cdempsey@courant.com The Hartford Courant 12:30 p.m. EDT, November 1, 2012 ENFIELD— A local man who faces new charges in a double-fatal Valentine's Day crash. Kyle Berry appeared in Superior Court in Enfield Thursday morning, a court official said. He faces three new charges: two counts of manslaughter and a count of reckless driving. He was arrested on the new charges Oct. 19. He originally was charged with evading the scene of the crash.
