With a limited theatrical run commencing later this month, the very first clip from
Hitchcock has finally arrived. However, it may be the closest that a majority of us can actually get to enjoying this highly anticipated film from director
Sacha Gervasi. Check it out below, and pray that this possible Oscar contender hits your city.
Billed as "a love story about one of the most influential filmmakers of the last century, Alfred Hitchcock, and his wife and partner, Alma Reville," Hitchcock takes place during the making of his seminal movie Psycho.
Anthony Hopkins plays the titular role, and Helen Mirren stars as his wife. Scarlett Johansson, Danny Huston, Toni Collette, Jessica Biel, Michael Stuhlbarg, James D'Arcy, Michael Wincott, Richard Portnow, and Kurtwood Smith also star.
Look for Hitchcock to open in select theaters starting November 23rd.
