Hair She Goes! Atlanta – Wednesday, November 14, Velda A. Simpson, Partner and Property Management Director of the Kairos Development Corporation, will be installed as the 2013 President for the Georgia Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

"I am honored to take on this challenging position and serve IREM's members throughout Georgia," notes Simpson, who has worked with Kairos in property management since 2002, and manages over 350,000 square feet of multi-family, office, retail and medical space for the Atlanta-based company, including BuggyWorks, the large historic office park in East Point between Hartsfield/Jackson Atlanta International Airport and downtown Atlanta. She is also responsible for managing the office and retail space at The Astoria and The Aramore, luxury condominiums in the heart of Buckhead.
