China Shanghai Composite - Business Insider Nov 1st 2012, 06:30 China's Shanghai Composite index is up 1.8 percent late in the Asian trading session. This comes in the wake of the official and HSBC PMI reports that showed China's manufacturing industry is coming back. Elsewhere in Asia, Japan's Nikkei closed up 0.2%, while Korea and Australia closed in the red.
