The great and wise Walter Williams responds to critics and gives solid facts to show up the scheme that is Social Security, in his column "
Duped by Congressional Lies." Apparently people didn't take to kindly to Dr. Williams telling the truth that Social Security is merely a simple of wealth transfer from one citizen's pocket to another.
Social Security is forced-welfare program. It is paid for with a tax, plain and simple. Part of the revenue from that tax is paid out to people who have retired, as the federal government determines they deserve it. The federal government can and will do whatever they choose with that money. End of story. They might, might let you have some of it one day, if you live long enough.
