Is YOLO-ing the NEW Planking!? ~ Sting Ray Films Jun 8th 2012, 03:33 Is YOLO-ing the NEXT BIG THING? Last year began the trend of popular trending topics which was headlined by the popular onslaught of planking, however this year is different. This year is something that could be potentially very dangerous. This year it's an excuse...an excuse that causes people to believe they can do anything because they "only live once". Started by "artist" Drake, the phrase YOLO has since become the motto that many have come accustomed and lived up to. Do they do it because a celebrity "lives" by it? Do they do it simply to use it as an excuse to do things they ultimately try to avoid? In this case, somethings best be left unanswered. Celebrities and the media have a special power to corrupt people and can easily say things that will be believed and accepted. But that's a whole topic I can rant on all day about...how do you feel about these kind of things? Ray
