Regarding by his peers to be one of the most talented artists on the international scene, Banksy is a mythic figure in the graffiti world. Little is known about this british graffiti artist, politic activist, film director and painter. We all know pieces of street art that combine satirical street art and dark humour, the commited artist has plenty of imagination to express himself.
Banksy's work was born of the Bristol underground scene from the early 1990s, according to the graphic designer Tristan Manco, Banksy was born in 1974 and raised in Bristol. This son of photocopier technician trained as a butcher but change his way to become graffiti artist. The artist who probably played a role during the great Bristol aerosol boom of the late 1980s, started quickly to oriented his artwork around disturbing and uncomfortable topics such as politic, ethics and by the way culture.
The artist expanded his art in London and Bristol, it's recognizable style that include stencils feature uncommon and funny images became a symbole of the artist. Usually, the artist convey anti-war, anti-capitalist or anti-establishment message through situation including apes, policemen, soldiers, children, and the elderly. We can consider him such as an art terrorist, an art terrorist that make us open-minded and disturb our way of think.
