Judge enters not guilty plea for James Holmes | Bazaar Daily News Mar 12th 2013, 19:00 AURORA, COLORADO:  In the case against James Holmes, his lawyers have forced a plea that many were not expecting. Lawyers for the murder suspect — entered a not guilty plea on all 166  counts of murder.  Holmes will not announce an official plea until May or June and by reason of insanity.
