NBA Draft 2012: Putting the Draft Prospects into Tiers Jun 25th 2012, 01:50 The NBA draft is this Thursday, and at this stage, most teams have established their draft rankings now. For most players, their draft stock has been established, and things won't change too much between now and the draft. That makes it a good time to tier the prospects for the draft. Barring anything drastic happening, these tiers will be largely, if not exactly, similar to what they would be on draft day. I have put 35 prospects into six tiers. These prospects are the ones that I feel have any shot at the first round, and for the most part, are a good indicator of where a player's draft stock is at.
